Author: Rhonda Henry

If the world lived by Plinke's guidance, we'd all be quite a bit happier. And get along a whole lot better as well.

Rob Slaven, Amazon Top 50 Reviewer

Packed with suspense and humor! The Capricious Nature of Being kept me on the edge of my seat with its suspense, humor, and plot twists! The author’s elegant prose created a rich and complex backstory. The narrative and its characters were engaging and thought-provoking, so much so, that I could not put this book down!

Amanda W., Amazon Review

The Capricious Nature of Being is an imaginative collection of stories that any avid reader would enjoy. Plinke does an excellent job of drawing you into new worlds in every story that he brings to life, connecting you with new characters, themes, and dramatic endings at every turn.

Rachael Allen, Amazon Review

Unlike his other books on sales and humor, The Capricious Nature of Being gives the reader a true " Twilight Zone" experience into the human psyche. It caused me to contemplate my situation in life and consider the world from a different perspective.

Amazon Review

If you combined Zig Ziglar, John Maxwell, Robin Williams and John Grisham I think you'd come up with someone like Richard Plinke … he has achieved the close-to-impossible: an interesting book on sales and marketing. Hallelujah!

Janefan, Amazon Review

Finally a sales book without the 7 laws or 5 principles. The author writes in a style that comes across as though he is giving a keynote, a very funny and entertaining keynote address! It's rare to come across a businessperson that can write in an everyman style.

– The Sales Puke, Amazon review

Richard Plinke has the rare ability to synthesize complex and broad-based sales doctrine and theory and make it assessable and easy to use. His message is informative, entertaining and inspirational. Reading or listening to him is a unique experience, and time well spent.

– Daniel A. Arthur, Enterprise Rent-a-Car
